I went away for a little while and when I came back there was nobody here and some bugger has taken the poteen as well. You cannot trust anybody these days and I hope you are all ashamed. (Michael and Megra NB).

T'weren't me and I have an excuse for being MIA. My broadband router is dying and whether or I not I can actually get on the internet is a bit of lottery at the moment. I have ordered a replacement but it's in postal strike hell.

I need a drink of poteen so get distilling, woman!

Back home again after raiding the family stores. So, don't worry, Doatie. You can restock - at a small fee.

Thanks to Maggie for broadcasting my plight. My PC, after 7 years of service and only one repair/upgrade, finally went to the workshop in the sky. It had had enough.

Let's put it nicely and say that Windows 7 and I are taking time to get to know one another. I don't want little kiddies to come across my actual comments. Possibly I've had enough too? Time for that debating spot way up high. The Other Place, they told me long ago (like everybody else in here), has nowhere for me.
Crying or Very sad

Thanks and (early) Christmas wishes to all. If the shops can start early, why can't I?

If anybody follows my Facebook meanderings, sorry. I've been suspended for 'inappropriate' comments. All I did was say 'Hello again' to a few people. One or other of the Jonathans is easy to annoy. Just for a minute it brought back memories of friends of mine, ****! of the upper case and exclamation, and K***** (of B.C., place not date, though you could be forgiven for wondering.)

Hello again! (Better be careful of that!) affraid

What a colourful life you lead, Michael. Inappropriate comments?Come now, they must have been mistaken.

That's happened three times lately, Doatie. The time before, I was mixed up with somebody with the same initials. No idea what he'd been up to. Possibly I should send him a very appropriate comment.

FB have now asked me if I have grounds for appeal (their words). Against what? Appropriate reply: Don't @@@@@@@@@@@ suspend me, you ******s!

There, I feel better now.
